Noise from Egnatia Street disrupted my sleep!!! Inconsistent air conditioning left the room either too hot or too noisy!!! I faced issues with cleanliness in the bathroom and a leak in the shower. Management needs to take complaints more seriously!!!

The staff was exceptionally polite and went above and beyond to accommodate us when we experienced issues with the room! We were touched by how they helped us switch rooms quickly, even though it was a hot day.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but it was still acceptable.
